About MY RV GROUP

My Rv Group was created in 2017 after being participants in multiple FB groups. We were looking for travel adventures and when we needed information on coach issues, DIY, etc. The numerous groups I followed seemed to be more about how to live cheap or not spend anything at all. Why do I have a poop pyramid? How do I clear it. If someone new to the world asked a simple question, they would get answers but then you had a few smart asses that wanted to berate them for asking. On the YouTube channels what I saw was a push to get subscribers, then a push to buy their recommended products on Amazon so they could get paid, then after getting numerous followers, they would start a Patreon page for more access to them, send me money every month. Although I did drop a few of the sites and stopped following a few others, we decided to start a group on Facebook and a Youtube Channel that focused on the travel side of rving. We wanted to know where to go, places to see, pictures and videos of the location as well as the trip. We all know the trip itself should be an adventure. I still participate in other groups for I need information at times and those sites have it. I still follow a few of the traveler's YouTube pages and watch regularly.

We built our group and social media exposure around "FUN", and "not the dollar." We created this website WWW.MYRVGROUP.COM with our information and what the group is about along with links to our FB Group and our YouTube Channel. My RV Group has promotional material that we give away to people we meet and feel is right for our group as a way to encourage joining and participation. We hold contest from time to time and give away promotional items, sponsor FMCA memberships for the first year etc. We have tried to make it fun and keep it fun. Every 100th member receives a care package from My RV Group. We have done this since inception. That still reigns today.

With the above being said and our stated goals for the group and channel, My Rv Group does not have an issue with any person that creates a group, site, channel etc. that is a business and markets itself, it's content, and products to its members. We firmly believe in the pursuit of the American Dream.
